About Our Bakery
Hi everyone! We are Chef Hélène and Chef Éric. We founded Jini Bakery Cookies and Gu Fah Bakery and had been operating six retail stores in Hong Kong since 2012. Due to the pandemic in 2020, we closed the business and moved to Nova Scotia in Canada.
In 2021, we decided to start it all over again and established Hélène Jaune Cookies! We dedicate to delivering delectable handmade cookies and pastries, with the goal of bringing happiness and satisfaction to those who savor our products!

Salut à tous! Nous sommes Chef Hélène et Chef Éric. Nous avons fondé Jini Bakery Cookies et Gu Fah Bakery et exploitions six magasins de détail à Hong Kong depuis 2012. En raison de la pandémie de 2020, nous avons fermé l'entreprise et déménagé en Nouvelle-Écosse au Canada.
En 2021, nous avons décidé de tout recommencer et avons créé Hélène Jaune Cookies! Nous nous engageons à livrer de délicieux biscuits et pâtisseries faits à la main, dans le but d'apporter bonheur et satisfaction à ceux et celles qui savourent nos produits!
